Kevin Marschall is Senior Managing Director of InStore Commercial Real Estate, where he oversees strategy and execution, building partnerships between landlords and operators in high-traffic environments. He helps transform underutilized retail space into revenue-generating opportunities by connecting large-format host retailers with specialty operators, enabling brands to scale efficiently while leveraging host traffic and resources.
Previously, Kevin was Vice President at CBRE, where he built and led the national store-within-a-store advisory practice, driving growth partnerships with major retailers including Albertsons, Kroger, Meijer, and Macy’s.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Mercer University.
